RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Competition is open to all residents of Clarke County and adjoining counties.
  2. All entries in this department, with the exception of grass and legume seeds and old corn, shall have been produced and/or harvested during 2017.
  3. Exhibits are accepted on Fair Monday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Fair Tuesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Concert

BRYAN SHEPHERD and his band will perform Saturday, August 19th starting at 8:00 PM. Concert is Free! Gate admission is $7 for adults, $2 for children ages 5-15.

Livestock Entries

The Livestock Committee is accepting open entries starting Monday, July 10th with Showorks. Beef entries accepted until July 15th. Goats, Sheep, Poultry, Rabbits and Horses accepted until July 31st. To register visit http://ccrflivestock.weebly.com/

All 4-H and FFA exhibitors must have their contact information, livestock being shown, and housing of livestock details entered by March 15, 2017.  If there are any changes after March entry, we ask the exhibitor to contact ccrflivestock@gmail.com so changes can be approved and corrected online.
