Clarke County Fair Commercial Exhibits Information

Dates and Hours

Fair Dates: Sunday, August 9th – Saturday, August 15th 2026

Fair Hours: Sunday – Saturday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Peak Hours: Monday –Friday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. & Saturday noon – 9 p.m

2026 Commercial Exhibit Rates

5′ x 5′ Space – $100.00 

10’ x 10’ Space – $150.00

10′ x 15′ Space – $175.00

20′ x 15′ Space – $250.00

40′ x 15′ Space – $600.00

Other sizes: If a specialty size is needed, please reach out, and we will try to accommodate you.

2026 Food Vendor Rates

Food vendors are required to donate a percentage of gross sales to the Ruritans in lieu of rent. This is honor-based; if, for any reason, it is thought we are not receiving the correct amount, you will not be allowed back as a vendor.

Payment is due to the fair office upon vendors leaving the fairgrounds.

The percentage or rate can be negotiated. 

Included

  • Electrical hook ups. (2 outlets)
  • Two (2) adult season fair passes. (Additional passes may be purchased at the normal season pass rate.)

Not Included

  • Water hookups
  • Tables, chairs, or other display items
  • Extension cords for electrical hookup
  • Insurance coverage

Requirements

Vendors must have current Liability Insurance (no minimum) Ruritan Club of Clarke County must be listed as Certificate Holder.

Rules and Restrictions

  1. All vendors must turn in a Certificate of Insurance with the Ruritan Club of Clarke County noted as an Additional Insured with their application no later than August 6, 2026. No exceptions will be made as our insurance carrier requires these on file. 

  2. All vendors must have turned in their fully completed application no later than July 31, 2026Vendor Application can be found in the link at the bottom of the page.

  3. We are not responsible for theft or damages to any merchandise, displays, equipment, or vehicles on our grounds.

  4. No provocative merchandise, weapons of any kind, knives over 4″, fireworks, laser beams, silly string, stink bombs, or smoke bombs are allowed.

  5. No products may be sold or pamphlets distributed outside of your designated space.

  6. Set up Times are: Sunday, August 9th from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday, August 10th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

  7. Upon arrival, please report to the fair office. Your paperwork will be checked over; your space will be assigned; and your 2 week long passes will be given. If you are a previous vendor, please request your space on your application. Any extra passes must be bought at the regular price. No Exceptions.  Under no circumstance is any vendor allowed to set up until they have checked into the fair office upon arrival.

  8. Rent includes your space and 2 electrical outlets only. Tents, chairs, tables, extension cords, etc. must be brought by Vendor.

  9. There will be no indoor space this year due to the events being held in our Horticulture Building. 

  10. Only prepackaged food may be sold and it must not compete with our food stand or the carnival food trucks unless approved ahead of time.  

  11. All of the guidelines must be followed by past vendors, also. No exceptions.

  12. If you are a non-profit; please get your paperwork in early. A spot is not guaranteed due to the limited number of spaces we have designated for non-profits.
 

Vendor Application

Completion of this registration does not guarantee a vendor space. Requests will be compiled and reviewed by Committee members. Mailing information will be indicated on contract.
