Fair Week Schedule
If you would like to volunteer at the Clarke County Fair, please email tomcather1948@yahoo.com or gail.milleson@gmail.com or stop by the fair office on Saturday August 13 between 12-6 or Sunday, August 14 from 2-6pm. If you volunteer for 5 hours, you will be entitled to a week’s fair pass.
9:00 A.M.- 12:00 Noon – All Livestock Exhibits Accepted
10:00 A.M. – Livestock Exhibitor packets and passes can be picked up in the Show Barn
12:00 P.M. – KIDDIE PEDAL TRACTOR PULL – Track (for children ages 3-10. Registration starts at 11 am on-site. Trophy to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winner in each age class. The tractor and sled will be provider.)
12:00 Noon – All Livestock entries on grounds. (Beef, Sheep, Goats, & Swine)
1:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. – Car & Truck Show (infield) Open to all makes and modes; plaques to Top 10 Winners. $10 registration fee payable on-site)
1:30 P.M. – Livestock Exhibitors Meeting (Show Barn)
2:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. – Poultry Accepted
3:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. – Rabbits accepted
3:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. – Homemaking, Photography, & Fine Arts exhibits accepted
5:00 P.M. OPENING CEREMONY – Welcome by local officials & Clarke Youth Music Ensemble.

6:30 P.M. Weigh and Grade Market Hogs

11:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M. – Homemaking, Fine Arts, and Photography exhibits accepted
1:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. – Agriculture and Horticulture exhibits accepted
4:00 P.M. – Junior Market & Gilt Swine Show
4:00 P.M. – Gates open
5:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. – Beef or Chicken Barbecue (sauce prepared by Ruritan Club)
6:00 P.M. – CARNIVAL OPENS – RIDE ALL NIGHT FOR $30
7:00 P.M. – Little Miss Clarke County Fair Contest (Grandstand)

FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 1:00 PM ON MONDAY AUGUST 15TH TO THE SHOW BARN. (they can be filled out on the spot)
