Fairground Rentals

Our large fairgrounds may be rented in its entirety or just the area you need may be rented.

Our main building is heated and air conditioned with a commercial kitchen available.  We also supply chairs, tables, and ice for your convenience.

Our stage is a great place to hold recitals, programs, or your outdoor party with music.

Our Horticulture Building/Event Center was totally remodeled in 2024 and is available for public rental.  The 3,000 square foot building is heated and air conditioned and includes bathrooms with a baby changing station. The combination charcoal colored metal wainscoting ceiling and walls that meet rough wood panels provides a rustic formal atmosphere. At each end of the center, 16’by20’ garage doors open for ventilation, light, and a view of the rural scenery. Rental possibilities are endless including weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagements, anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, work retreats, business parties, funeral receptions, work retreats, or even cornhole tournaments.

All rentals require Liability Insurance.

If you will be serving alcohol at your event, we must have a copy of your ABC license on file.  This is easily obtained online.
