Local celebrities will be voted on based on who we would most like to see Smooch a Moo (dairy cow) Friday evening at the fair. The votes are by monetary donations and all funds will go to our Clarke County 4-H Leaders Association. There will be a voting box set out at the barns all week for the donations.
